Experienced Administrative Assistant
Currently seeking an individual for an Administrative Assistant position for our client in Palatine, IL.
Our client, a company that sells a range of products associated with BlackBerry, has a great team environment and is looking for an addition to their team.
The position pays $14-$16/hour and the hours are between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities Include:
-Checking and forwarding all main line voicemails -Answer and transfer incoming calls to the proper department or individual -Invoice purchase orders for BlackBerry devices -Invoicing all replacements for defective items to an order that is past the time frame for adding a product on the back end -Mail out invoices -Accept incoming packages from mail carriers -Assisting customer walk-ins -Help customers with credit card charges -Answer customer issues in regards to QuickBooks -Processing Returns -Process trade in credits -Handling online order adjustments such, refund sales tax, change orders, adjust sales price, and apply discounts. -Light collection calls
****Must have QuickBooks experience****
A qualified candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with the above responsibilities.
