Jr. Buyer
This is a first shift position.
- They are currently seeking a Buyer for their purchasing department.
- They are looking to add an additional Jr. Buyer to this team.
- The Materials Manager has only been with the company for about two months so he is looking for someone that he can mold.
- This person will ideally have 2 to 3 years of buying experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- They must have knowledge of an MRP system (they use SAP, but the candidates does not need to have experience with SAP).
The right candidate will "not be afraid to work and learn on the job," as they will be taught how to negotiate and Plan. The right candidate must be professional/presentable with the potential to pick things up quickly and grow with the role. This is a 4.5 month temp to perm and the candidates are required to pass a Drug and Background test before starting.
