Administrative Assistant
Aerotek is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at Whirlpool Corporation, in their St. Joseph location.
Responsibilities include inputting of new purchase orders, capital purchase orders, PO price changes, PO rev changes, Cost Impacts, etc. into the WMCS database; filing of purchase orders and cost impacts sheets. Additional tasks include scheduling and processing new hires, coordinating travel arrangements while assisting other Procurement assistants as needed.
The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and organizational skills in addition to experience with SAP. This is a full-time contract position.
